Introduction of the President

Lynne Allin is the President and CEO of Splendor Business Management L.L.C. She attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello where she majored in Business Administration with a minor in Business Management. She owned and operated a small business for over five years and decided to go into the dental industry. She has worked in the field of dentistry for over fifteen years. She has functioned in numerous capacities over her tenure. She has been a dental assistant, scheduling, hygiene, and financial coordinator, consultant and business manager. She has helped turn dental practices around and believes that her management philosophy is applicable to any business. She believes if you take care of employees that nine times out of ten they will take care of you. She also believes in fostering a team environment, that the right employees are an organization’s greatest human capital and in the value of a satisfied customer. She has built her career on these premises and decided in 2005 that she would open her own consulting firm, Splendor Business Management L.L.C. She is a leader, motivator, nurturer, and is passionate about her work. She believes that her expertise and values can turn any business around. She is a strong believer of Zig Ziglar’s saying, “You can have anything you want in life, if you just help enough other people get what they want.”
